VK Flower Nursery operates as a physical retail nursery. All plant sales are conducted in person at our nursery location. We do not provide online ordering, shipping, or digital purchase checkout.
All plants are living products and may vary slightly in size, shape, and appearance at the time of purchase.
Once a plant is purchased and taken from the nursery, its care and survival responsibility transfers fully to the customer.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements after sale, as plant survival depends on external care conditions.
We assist with basic handling guidance during purchase, but any damage during customer transport is not the nursery’s responsibility.
